1. SCOPE AND ENFORCEMENT

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of DB8.info ("Platform") operated by VRLY Ventures LLC. This policy supplements our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Enforcement: VRLY Ventures LLC reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including but not limited to content removal, account suspension, account termination, and legal action.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Platform to:

2.2 Harmful or Threatening Content

Prohibited content includes:

• Threats of violence, terrorism, or harm against individuals or groups
• Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
• Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
• Content that could cause psychological trauma
• Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or dangerous devices
• Content that promotes dangerous activities or challenges

2.3 Harassment and Abuse

• Bullying, stalking, or intimidating other users
• Coordinated harassment campaigns
• Doxxing or sharing private information without consent
• Creating fake accounts to harass or impersonate others
• Revenge posting or malicious sharing of private content
• Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances

2.4 Hate Speech and Discrimination

• Content promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Holocaust denial or genocide denial
• Promotion of white supremacy, Nazi ideology, or other hate groups
• Dehumanizing language or imagery targeting individuals or groups
• Incitement to violence against protected groups

2.5 Adult and Sexual Content

• Pornographic or explicit sexual content
• Non-consensual intimate images
• Content sexualizing minors (under 18)
• Prostitution, escort services, or sexual services
• Sex trafficking or exploitation content
• Graphic sexual violence

2.6 Spam and Manipulation

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages or communications
• Creating multiple accounts for spam or manipulation
• Automated posting, commenting, or voting
• Manipulating platform metrics (views, votes, followers)
• Coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Misleading redirects or malicious links
• Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing

2.7 Fraud and Deception

• Identity theft or impersonation
• Phishing or credential harvesting
• Financial fraud or scams
• Fake reviews or testimonials
• Investment or cryptocurrency scams
• Charity fraud or fake fundraising
• Creating or distributing fake news with intent to deceive

2.8 Technical Violations

• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Conducting denial-of-service attacks
• Scraping or crawling the platform without permission
• Reverse engineering platform security measures
• Creating or distributing cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
• Interfering with platform functionality or other users' experience

3. PLATFORM-SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS

3.1 Debate Integrity

To maintain the integrity of our debate platform:

• Do not create fake debate challenges or responses
• Do not coordinate voting manipulation in debates
• Do not use multiple accounts to participate in the same debate
• Do not share debate responses outside the platform to gain unfair advantage
• Do not plagiarize or use AI-generated content without disclosure

3.2 Financial System Abuse

• Do not exploit payment systems or virtual currency features
• Do not engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Do not create fake subscriptions or pledges
• Do not use stolen payment methods
• Do not manipulate the virtual currency (Pebs) system

3.3 Age Verification Violations

• Do not provide false age information
• Do not attempt to access age-restricted content without proper verification
• Do not help minors circumvent age restrictions
• Do not share adult accounts with minors

4. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

4.1 Intellectual Property

• Do not post copyrighted material without permission
• Do not use trademarked content inappropriately
• Do not distribute pirated software, media, or content
• Do not violate patent rights
• Provide proper attribution when required

4.2 Privacy Violations

• Do not share private information without consent
• Do not post private communications (messages, emails)
• Do not share non-public personal information
• Do not photograph or record individuals without consent
• Respect others' privacy settings and boundaries

4.3 Misleading Information

• Do not deliberately spread false information
• Do not create or share deepfakes without clear labeling
• Do not impersonate public figures or organizations
• Do not create fake news or propaganda
• Clearly label parody, satire, or fictional content

5. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

5.1 Account Integrity

• Maintain only one personal account per individual
• Provide accurate account information
• Do not sell, transfer, or share account access
• Do not create accounts for banned individuals
• Immediately report compromised accounts

5.2 Circumvention

• Do not attempt to circumvent suspensions or bans
• Do not create new accounts after termination
• Do not use technical means to bypass restrictions
• Do not ask others to create accounts on your behalf

6. ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES

6.1 Investigation Process

When violations are reported or detected, we may:

• Review reported content and user behavior
• Request additional information from involved parties
• Temporarily restrict account access during investigation
• Consult with legal counsel or law enforcement
• Preserve evidence for potential legal proceedings

6.2 Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in:

• Content Removal: Immediate deletion of violating content
• Account Warnings: Formal notice of policy violations
• Feature Restrictions: Limited access to specific platform features
• Temporary Suspension: Account access suspended for specified period
• Permanent Termination: Permanent account deletion and platform ban
• Legal Action: Civil or criminal legal proceedings
• Law Enforcement Referral: Reporting to appropriate authorities

Violations of this AUP may result in:

9. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
